A great way to get your head around your ideal customer is to think about them as a person, create an Avatar.
- What is their background, their issues, their hobbies?
- Give then a name, gender, age, marital status and children
- Where do they live and work? What job do they do?
- Think about what sort of media they read or watch.
- What are worried about, what motivates them to find a solution to that pain?
